Morgan Dollar, 1897, BU, low mintage

  
Less than 3 million minted. The 1897 Philadelphia Morgan dollar. I will not try to guess what a pro-grader will tell you, and give you an "authoritative" MS number and put it in a plastic slab and ask twice as much. This coin has been in my collection since the 1980s, originally from the reputable Jamestown dealership.
