It features the goddess Liberty, modeled by Philadelphia school teacher Anna Willis Wilkins, whose profile Morgan described as The most perfect I have seen in England or America. Lady Liberty is surrounded by 13 stars representing the original 13 colonies and the motto E Pluribus Unum, with the designers initial M at the base of her hair and the year at the bottom of the coin.

Each watch is unique due to variations in each coins wear, year, and mint marks. Each coin has a silver content that is 90% of 0.900 fineness and is cut cross-sectionally. The coin is surrounded and protected by a water-resistant stainless steel watch case.

A Japanese quartz movement with three hands provides reliable timekeeping. The Genuine black leather strap fits wrists up to 8 1/2 in circumference. Engraving of up to three letters plus an event date can be engraved on the back of the watch.
